Sanctuary Jamaica

Off-Grid Eco Retreat in the green hills ofJamaica

Refresh  *  Renew  *   Reconnect

In a world of constant rush, Sanctuary Jamaica offers an invitation to
slow down, to reconnect with nature, community, and self.
Our Sanctuary is a space for tranquil, sustainable living, grounded in empathy, respect, and harmony with the natural world. Inspired by indigenous principles of human Livity, stemming from the traditional Rastafarian philosophy of interconnectedness and care for all living beings, we build with a view that NOW is the essence of the future.

Building the Sanctuary - A Bridge to a New Day

Building the Sanctuary - A Bridge to a New Day

Key Focus Areas: * Regenerative Agriculture: Growing organic vegetables and cultivating food forests. * Eco-Living Spaces: Simple, natural structures conducive to relaxation and peace. * Transformative Retreats: Centered on meditation, self-sufficiency, and living with the land. * Herbal & Fermented Products: Crafting teas and drinks from local wild flora for local and international markets. * Sanctuary Jamaica embodies the principles of sustainability, regeneration, and mindful coexistence — creating a model for a slower, more connected way of life.

Phase1

Phase1

Clearing land, setting up structures for living and production. Creating a food garden, water systems, general infrastructure and planting trees for future harvest.

Phase 2

Phase 2

Expanding building and gardening projects, harvesting, gathering wild herbs and developing products for local and international markets.

Phase 3

Phase 3

Hosting retreats and experiences in the jungle for guests who are interested in learning more about personal development and EARTHING (grounding). Expanding the structures and facilities for our herbal production on the land, and creating a space for mutual development and overstanding.

Friends & Volunteers
From time to time, friends from abroad drop by to give a hand with our land clearing and tree planting. We would love to hear from anyone who might be interested in volunteering some time to assist us on a working holiday visit. We'd love to have more help on the construction of the Sanctuary site. Please send me, (Mike), a DM and I'll answer you right back with some ideas of what times might be suitable for visits.
